By using this website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms. We provide custom, high-quality vinyl magnets for brands and individuals.

• Custom Orders: All orders are custom-made based on user-provided assets. You represent that you own the rights to any images or logos uploaded.

• Pricing & Fees: Prices are as listed at the time of purchase. A $15 setup fee applies for orders containing more than one design file.

• Production & Shipping: Turnaround times (7-10 business days) are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

• All Sales Final: Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer cancellations once production has begun.

• Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia.

• Intellectual Property Rights: By uploading artwork, you warrant that you hold all necessary legal rights to said imagery. Magnet The Moment™ reserves the right to refuse any order that appears to infringe on a third party’s trademark or copyright.

• Color Accuracy & Physical Variations: We strive for "Professional Precision"; however, because monitor calibrations vary, we cannot guarantee an 100% exact color match between your screen and the final physical magnet. Minor variations are a standard part of the custom printing process.

• Limitation of Liability: Magnet The Moment™ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, including loss of business reputation or revenue.

• Shipping & Risk of Loss: All items are made-to-order. Risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (USPS/UPS). We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.
