We believe in transparent pricing. While many shops charge a setup fee to get your files print-ready, we include standard file preparation in our flat pricing. There is also no plate fees.
The $15 fee is only for additional designs.
Single Design (Bulk Orders): Our standard pricing includes one design per order.
Multiple Designs (Bulk Orders): We are happy to accommodate multiple designs within a single batch for a small additional setup fee of $15 per extra file.
Why the fee? This ensures we can give each piece of artwork the "Professional Precision" and manual quality check it deserves before going to print.

Yes! We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $100+. For orders under $100, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.00. At this time, we only ship within the USA.

To maintain our boutique quality, our small-batch orders start at 25 units.

Returns & Refunds

Because every magnet is custom-made with your specific branding, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
Quality is our priority. If your magnets arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at hi@magnetthemoment.co within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can make it right.
Once production has begun, we are unable to cancel orders. If you need to make a change, please reach out immediately after placing your order.
