• Turnaround Time: Every order is handcrafted with "Professional Precision." Our standard production turnaround is 7–10 business days before your order ships.

• Shipping Methods: We ship nationwide via USPS, UPS, or FedEx and offer a variety of shipping speeds to meet your brand's timeline. At checkout, you can select from Standard (USPS), Reliable Ground (UPS), or Expedited (FedEx/UPS) options. All orders include tracking and $100 of insurance for your peace of mind. For high-volume orders exceeding $100 in value, additional coverage is available upon request. Once your order leaves our studio, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated at checkout based on the size of your order and your location.

• Delivery Issues: While we ensure your magnets are packed securely, Magnet The Moment™ is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for packages marked as "Delivered" that are subsequently lost or stolen.

• Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase.

• Unexpected Delays: Magnet The Moment™ is not liable for production or shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, mail carrier strikes, or national supply chain disruptions. We will always communicate any delays to you as soon as they arise.
