• Custom Order Policy: Because our products are custom-made using your specific brand assets, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind or user-error in uploaded designs.

• Damaged or Defective Items: Quality is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at hi@magnetthemoment.co within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can make it right.

• Cancellations: Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or modified. If you realize there is an error in your order, contact us immediately, though we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the process has started.

• Color Matching: Please note that because monitor calibrations vary, we cannot guarantee an exact 100% color match between your screen and the physical vinyl. Minor variations are a standard part of the custom printing process.
